This home is exquisitely adorned with simple rustic finishes and tasteful furnishings that are sure to make you feel comfortable and cozy. The vaulted ceilings are lined with gorgeous tongue and groove cedar planks which emanate a natural forest scent. The unit features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on its single story. The master bedroom features a queen bed, across the hall is a bedroom with two twin beds, and then down the hall is a bunk room which comes with a queen bed on the bottom and full bed on the top- bunk bed style. One extra bed can be pulled out of the living room couch as well. Guests also have access to the detached two-car garage that includes a den area with an additional pull-out sofa as well as a TV with a gaming system.

Things to Know:
-Maximum 2 dogs are welcome at this property. If you plan on bringing a dog please let us know as there is a fee of $25/night per pet.
-Please respect the neighbors, sound carries through the nearby meadow, so we appreciate guests respecting the 10 p.m. noise ordinance.
-There is a free frisbee golf course located about a mile from the property at the Whitefish Assembly Church.

Payment in full is due no later than 0 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

Rules
-Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
-The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
-Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
-No events or parties allowed at the property at any time.
-If you are bringing a pet, it must be noted on your reservation for an additional fee of $25 per pet per day. Any pets not noted on the reservation will result in a $250 fine. Guests must dispose of all pet waste in designated trash bin located in the garage. Pets must always be on a leash when outside. No pets allowed on furniture and pets must be kenneled when left unattended.
-Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
-The maximum number of cars at the property is 3 (1 parking spot in the detached parking garage and two spots on the driveway).
-Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am.
-We enforce a good neighbor policy. You and your occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations.
-Guests must be respectful of wildlife. Trash must not be left outdoors at anytime (trash cans provided inside the garage).
-There is a $75 convenience fee plus cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
-A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
