This custom craftsman home is tucked beneath the treetops in the hills of Haskill Basin and sits on a robust 3.5-acres so, if you’re seeking a private and pristine vacation rental, you’ve come to the right spot! The best part? You’re only a ten-minute drive from downtown Whitefish and a mere fifteen minutes to Whitefish Mountain Resort! For those looking to experience the wonder of Glacier National Park, rest easy knowing its magnificent beauty sits just 50 minutes from your door.

This spacious and immaculately furnished home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms within its 2800 sf footprint. The sprawling back deck offers a gorgeous setting for backyard barbeques and intimate family gatherings and the private hot tub below presents opportunity for a vacation of unparalleled romanticism.

A step inside the front door provides an aura of calm contentment as the airy feel generated from the vaulted ceilings radiates throughout the open floorplan. This ground level floor features a great room with a fully-stocked kitchen and breakfast bar, a spacious dining area, and a flawless living room centered around a custom stone fireplace. Access to washer and dryer and room for gear storage is presented in the oversized mud room located just off the kitchen. The top floor also includes an office area and a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The en-suite master bathroom includes a luxurious jacuzzi tub and a custom tiled shower.

A trip down the stairs presents the naturally lit walk-out basement floor. This floor features a cozy den area with a large wrap around couch; a perfect setting for watching a movie after a day on the slopes! The lower level also features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. The downstairs bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom.

***Please note that all vehicles traveling to the property are required to have 4WD or chains during the winter months***

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next mountain getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the house rules, which prohibits music and loud noise. This is strictly enforced and prohibit parties, events, music, bonfires, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 9:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. Guests must be respectful of wildlife. Trash must not be left outdoors at anytime unless it is in the secure bear-proof trash can located in the carport. No fires or bonfires at the property at any time. Guests are welcome to use the propane fire pit provided, but must turn off and cover when not in use.

Payment Policies

To secure this booking, a payment of 100% of the grand total is due within 0 day of confirmation of intention to book.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.

Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:

-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

Rules

-The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
-The maximum number of cars at the property is 2. Four wheel drive or snow chains are required on vehicles traveling to the property during the winter months.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
-No pets allowed on the property at any time.
-Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
-No events or parties are allowed at any time.
-Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Any violation of quiet hours will result in a fine of $500.
-We enforce a good neighbor policy. You and your occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations.
-Guests must be respectful of wildlife. Trash must not be left outdoors at anytime unless it is in the secure bear-proof trash can located in the carport. Please call 406.200.8512 if you need a trash pick-up once the bear-proof trash can is full.
-No fires or bonfires at the property at any time. Guests are welcome to use the propane fire pit provided, but must turn off and cover when not in use.
-There is a $75 convenience fee plus cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
-A credit card preauthorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
