Welcome to the Quarry, one of Whitefish’s finest luxury vacation rental developments! Aside from a multitude of amenities which include an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, lounge, game room, and gym, the Quarry also offers unparalleled convenience to all things Whitefish due to its central location. If you plan to ski, take comfort knowing the S.N.O.W. bus stop is located just across the street (one-minute walk). If you are here during the summer months, take advantage of the Whitefish City Beach which is located just a half-mile away. Downtown Whitefish can be reached in ten minutes by foot and there are three bars/restaurants within a three-minute stroll. If you are looking for an accessible location that allots more time to experience your holiday and less time to plan it, you have come to the right spot!

The Space:

This modern mountain townhome affords over 1,000-sf livable space, can sleep up to six, and offers the guest exceptional privacy as there are no shared walls between townhomes. The open floor plan and expansive windows pull the outside into this studio-style unit giving it an open and airy feel. This unit also features a large second story patio that comes equipped with a grill and plenty of space for outdoor entertainment.

The lower level features a great room which includes a fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room centered around a cozy fireplace, and a spacious king bedroom with an en-suite bath. The living room sofa doubles as a pull-out queen sleeper which provides sleeping space for two additional guests.

Step up the stairs and guests are greeted with a second lofted king bedroom. The loft area contains a full bathroom and provides means to access the rooftop patio.

*** Please Note: The Hot Tub, Club House, and Fitness Center is open year-round from 5am-11pm. The pool is only open during the summer season. The Quarry development and surrounding area is currently under construction.***

Payment Policies

To secure this booking, a payment of 100% of the grand total is due within 0 day of confirmation of intention to book.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.

Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:

-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

-Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
-Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
-No pets are allowed at the property at any time.
-No events or parties allowed at any time.
-The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
-The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 1 in the carport. Guests must park in the carport only so as to not block the neighbors on the shared driveway.
-There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
-A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
