Welcome to your newly remodeled mountain getaway at Whitefish Mountain Resort.
This inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers true ski-in, ski-out access,
incredible views of Big Mountain, and an unbeatable location in the heart of the
mountain village.
The single-level condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with a king bed, a queen
bed, and a full-over-full bunk bed. It is an ideal home base for families, couples, or
groups looking to enjoy everything Whitefish has to offer throughout the year.
During the winter, step outside and easily access the slopes without loading skis into the
car or navigating resort parking. Guests also have access to a private ski locker, an
enclosed garage, and the complex’s shared hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a full day
on the mountain. A quiet private road beside the condo becomes a favorite sledding hill
for children during the winter months.
In the summer, the condo is just a five-minute walk from all Whitefish Mountain Resort
has to offer: alpine slides, hiking trails, chairlift to the summit, lift-accessed mountain
biking, zip line tours, and an aerial adventure park. Guests can also head into town to
enjoy the Whitefish rodeo, Farmer’s Market, live music, shopping, and dining.
Inside, the condo blends updated finishes with warm Western character. The open living
area includes comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast
bar, and a dining area centered around a large bay window. A collection of board games
provides an easy option for relaxed evenings at home.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a smart TV, and a private en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a full over
full bunk bed. A second full bathroom serves the additional bedrooms and living area.
Guests also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer.
The ground level setting is perfect for easy indoor and outdoor living. Step directly from
the living area onto the private covered patio to enjoy beautiful views of the resort,
morning coffee in the fresh mountain air, or a peaceful place to unwind after a day of
adventure.
The mountain village is within walking distance and includes seasonal restaurants, bars,
and a small convenience store. Hop on the SNOW bus in summer or winter months by
walking across the street from the condo to the Mountain Village bus stop. Trips to and
from town are a breeze, which makes traveling without a vehicle an easy choice.
Downtown Whitefish is approximately ten minutes away by car, and Glacier National
Park is about fifty minutes away.

Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $750.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

Rules
Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
Pet are not allowed at this property under any circumstances
No RVs or Sprinter vans are allowed per the HOA for more than 24 hours.
No events or parties are allowed at any time.
The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 2.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit if booked directly through Glacier Getaways or through VRBO. This does not apply if you booked through Airbnb.
