The Cold Smoke Condo

Welcome to your private piece of powder paradise at Whitefish Mountain Resort! This cozy 1,150 sf condo features three bedrooms and two bathrooms within its’ single-story layout. Up to eight guests will get access to the condo complex’s shared hot tub area and benefit from additional gear storage via the exterior ski locker. This unit is also very convenient to access as a private road runs adjacent to the covered grill patio. This setup enables simple check-in and provides guests with a quick and convenient option to load and unload all their gear. Even better, this seldom-used access road serves as a fantastic sledding hill for the kiddos during the winter months! The condo has a rustic charm and comes equipped with a plethora of board games that are sure to keep the entire group engaged and entertained.

Whitefish Mountain Resort offers world-class skiing and was ranked no. 3 in the United States in 2020 according to Ski Magazine! In addition to spectacular snow and terrain, the resort also offers a plethora of summer activities such as lift-accessed mountain biking, hiking, zip line tours, aerial adventure park, and alpine slides! The mountain village offers a variety of dining/bar options and features a small convenience store (disclaimer: some dining options are not available during off-season months). From the condo, guests can drive to the charming town of Whitefish in ten minutes and can visit the awestriking Glacier National Park in fifty minutes.

The Space:

This condo sits on the 2nd floor of a three-story condo complex that contains six total units. Guests have access to a fully enclosed garage on the bottom level. From the garage, access to the unit is attained via stairs or an elevator. A private road on the north side of the building provides guests of this specific unit with a simple means to load and unload all their gear.

Entry into the unit reveals a great room that includes a fully-stocked kitchen, a cozy dining room nestled into a bay window, and a living area centered around a gas fireplace. The living room features high-end furnishings that include a full-sized pullout sofa. A breakfast bar with seats for four provides a division between the kitchen and the living area.

The hallway off the entry area provides access to the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bathroom is shared between the two queen bedrooms. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall and features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bath. Guests will also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer.
The unit also features a private covered grill deck and patio area with incredible views of the ski resort. The condo complex provides guests with amenities that include a shared hot tub as well as exterior ski lockers.

***Please note this condo is being upgraded in April of 2024 with brand new carpet and the 3rd bedroom is going to be updated to a queen bed (no longer a bunk bed). Updated pictures to follow renovation.***

Payment Policies

To secure this booking, a payment of 100% of the grand total is due within 0 day of confirmation of intention to book.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.

Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:

-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

-The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
-There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
-A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
