The Space:
Guests will enter the condo complex via the underground parking garage. From here, unload your luggage into the elevator, hit the button, and after a short stroll down the hallway you will arrive at the unit. Enter the condo to reveal an open entry area with a storage bench and plenty of hooks for your outerwear. Adjacent to the entry, guests will find an in-unit washer and dryer in the laundry closet.
Continue through the entry hall to find a spacious great room with kitchen, living area, and dining area combined. The fully stocked kitchen features sleek finishes and top of the line appliances for those looking to prepare their own meals. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the great room via a large breakfast bar with seats for four. Full height windows and sliding doors wrap the dining and living areas giving them an open and airy feel. The chic dining table seats six and the living area feature a smart TV with streaming capabilities (please use your personal accounts) as well as a high-end queen sized sofa sleeper. From the dining or living areas, guests can walk out of the glass sliding doors to access their own private wrap-around patio. The patio provides a special setting for guests to socialize or wind down the day with their favorite libation.
Off the great room, guests will have access to each of the three bedrooms as well as the shared bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bedroom and provides direct access to the wrap-around patio. It also features an en-suite bathroom with a custom tile shower. The guest bedroom sits behind the living area and features a comfortable queen-sized bed. This room also has direct access to the patio. The bunk room sits between the guest bedroom and the shared bathroom. The top bunk is a twin bed, and the lower bunk is full. Guests should note that the bunk room does not have a door, but the sleeping area is tucked in front of the closet enclave which gives it a private feel.
Guests will also have access to a private ski locker located in the lobby of the building. We kindly ask that skis and any other outdoor gear stay in the car/private parking garage or in the ski locker to prevent any damage to the walls or floors in the unit. A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.
