The Space:
This modern mountain townhome affords over 1,000 sqft of livable space, can sleep up to six, and offers the guest exceptional privacy as there are no shared walls between townhomes. The open floor plan and expansive windows pull the outside into this unit giving it an open and airy feel. Unlike most Quarry units, this unit features electric blinds on the vaulted windows ensuring guests will have optimal lighting and privacy. This unit also features a large second-story patio that comes equipped with a pizza oven, plush outdoor furniture, outdoor patio heaters, a retractable awning, and an outdoor lounge table with a fireplace- perfect for making smores!
The lower level features a great room that includes a fully stocked kitchen (equipped with a Jura Ena 8 Espresso Machine and brand new high-end bread maker) a breakfast bar, a living room centered around a cozy fireplace, and a spacious king bedroom with an en-suite bath. The living room sectional doubles as a pull-out queen sleeper which provides sleeping space for two additional guests. Directly off the kitchen is a patio with a brand new Weber Genesis II gas grill (propane provided) and outdoor seating to enjoy your morning cup of coffee!
Step up the stairs and guests are greeted with a second lofted bedroom and bathroom. This loft room can be situated to fit the guest’s needs as it features two twin xl beds that can be clipped together to create a single king bed. The loft area also features a built-in desk for those looking to get a bit of work done during their travels. The desk area also features a wine bar for our guests to enjoy!

A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

-The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 2 in the driveway/carport.
-There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
