This unit is located just three blocks from downtown Whitefish and has all the amenities, shops, restaurants, and public transportation the town has to offer. To the south, Kay Beller Park provides access to the Whitefish River and is just a block away. The Whitefish River Trail access (pedestrians/bikers only) is a block to the south; after seven minutes on foot on this scenic riverside trail, guests will arrive at City Beach. Those who value their time away from home can book with confidence knowing that a convenient location will afford more time to experience their vacation while cutting down on the amount of time required to plan it. With so many things to do in close vicinity, this vacation will be one to remember!

A five-block walk will take you to the S.N.O.W. Bus shuttle stop where you can catch free rides up to Whitefish Mountain Resort. Whether you’re planning to ski, hike, or mountain bike, be sure to check the shuttle schedule as it varies by season.
A stay at the property will also save the expense and hassle of finding safe and reliable transportation if you opt to have a night out on the town. At The 1st Creek Retreat, the bustling Whitefish nightlife is just a few blocks away! The Space:

Guests will enter the unit through the townhome’s front door where they will find a small entry enclave with a storage bench and coat rack. The first floor (ground level) consists of a great room, a half bath, and a single-car attached garage with room for gear storage. The great room features a dining table with seats for six; this area is flooded with natural lighting from the adjacent windows and offers an excellent setting for family dinners. Beyond that, a large sofa and two plush lounge chairs encircle a 60” smart TV. The fully-stocked kitchen completes the great room and features a breakfast bar which also serves as a natural barrier between the kitchen and living areas. At the end of the kitchen, guests can walk through the sliding glass door to find a private patio. The secluded patio features a grill, an outdoor dining table, and a top-of-the-line outdoor sectional with a cocktail table. The hallway off the great room provides access to a half-bath, the garage, and the stairs to the second level.

The 2nd story (top-level) includes a laundry room, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a queen bedroom, a king bedroom, and an additional full bathroom. Each bedroom includes a spacious closet as well as a smart TV. There is also a twin sofa sleeper in the large landing of the upstairs hallway.

To secure this booking, a payment of 100% of the grand total is due within 0 day of confirmation of intention to book.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.

Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:

-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am.
No events or parties allowed at anytime.

The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 2.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card preauthorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
