Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $750.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 10 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

Rules
-Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
-Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am.
-We enforce a good neighbor policy & quiet hours. You and your occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Any guests who do not respect these rules will result in a noise violation/fine of $250 per noise complaint.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
-No pets allowed at any time.
-No events or parties are allowed at any time.
-The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
-The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 3 (1 in the garage and 2 on the left side of the driveway only).
-There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
-A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
