Step through the front door and onto the bottom level, where you’ll find three inviting bedrooms. Two spacious queen bedrooms offer generous closet space and access to the tranquil back patio, perfect for enjoying fresh Montana air. A third bedroom features two full-over-queen bunk beds, ideal for larger groups or families. Two full bathrooms on this level, each with a shower and tub combination, provide both comfort and convenience.

Payment Policies

Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $750.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 10 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.

Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:

-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
Pet are not allowed at this property under any circumstances
No RVs or Sprinter vans are allowed per the HOA for more than 24 hours.
No events or parties are allowed at any time.
The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 3.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit if booked directly through Glacier Getaways or through VRBO. This does not apply if you booked through Airbnb.
