Please note: The property guide describes the home as ski-in/ski-out; access depends on snow conditions and lift operations. The townhome spans multiple levels and includes steep interior stairs, a rooftop deck, and balconies. The living room fireplace is not available for guest use.

Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $1,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $1000 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.
Payment Methods

Rules
The maximum occupancy is strictly 8, including children and adults. Exceeding the limit may result in cancellation and additional fees.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 2.
Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No parties or events are allowed at any time.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am.
Four Wheel Drive is required during winter months.
No pets. The home is maintained as a pet-free, hypoallergenic space.
Smoking is prohibited inside and outside. The stored house rules specify a $1,000 fine for violations.
Open flames, including candles, are prohibited.
Remove shoes indoors and remove ski boots before entering the house to protect the wood flooring. Damage fees may apply for damage to the flooring.
Avoid dragging bags or luggage over wood floors, stairs, and walls.
Children must not be left unattended on stairs, balconies, or the rooftop deck. Exercise caution on steps and stairs.
Children under six must not use the top bunk. The stated bunk-bed weight limit is 175 pounds.
The home has steep stairs, balconies, and a roof deck that may be difficult for children and older guests.
Bears live in the surrounding area. Use caution outside, lock vehicle doors at night, and secure food and garbage. Never leave trash outside.
Do not sit on furniture in wet clothing. Dry off when leaving the hot tub because stairs can become slippery.
Guests are responsible for damage to the home, furnishings, and equipment during their stay. Use amenities and undertake recreational activities at your own risk and follow local laws.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front-door/doorbell area, carport, and above the garage. No cameras are inside the home.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card pre-authorization is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit if booked directly through Glacier Getaways
