This home is exquisitely adorned with simple rustic finishes and tasteful furnishings that are sure to make you feel comfortable and cozy. The vaulted ceilings are lined with gorgeous tongue and groove cedar planks which emanate a natural forest scent. The unit features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on its single story. The master bedroom features a queen bed, across the hall is a bedroom with two twin beds, and then down the hall is a bunk room which comes with a queen bed on the bottom and full bed on the top- bunk bed style. One extra bed can be pulled out of the living room couch as well. Guests also have access to the detached two-car garage that includes a den area with an additional pull-out sofa as well as a TV with a gaming system.

Things to Know:
-Maximum 2 dogs are welcome at this property. If you plan on bringing a dog please let us know as there is a fee of $25/night per pet.
-Please respect the neighbors, sound carries through the nearby meadow, so we appreciate guests respecting the 10 p.m. noise ordinance.
-There is a free frisbee golf course located about a mile from the property at the Whitefish Assembly Church.

Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $750.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 10 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

Rules
Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am.
Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside.
Guest must pick up any pet waste outdoors with the bags provided and dispose of in outdoor trash recepticles. Any pet waste that is not properly disposed of will result in a fine.
No pets on the furniture at anytime. If evidence of pets on furniture, guest will be charged an additional fee.
Pets must be kenneled or caged when left unattended.
No events or parties are allowed at any time.
The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 2.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit if booked directly through Glacier Getaways or through VRBO. This does not apply if you booked through Airbnb.
