This state-of-the-art condo comes fully equipped with a majestic view of Whitefish Mountain Resort from the private patio. Elevator access to this single-story unit makes hauling baggage in and out a breeze and it caters to folks that have a difficult time with stairs. Modern décor, intelligently adorned walls, and an open-concept great room built around a sleek electronic fireplace makes this condo feel clean and cozy. If the condo’s efficient layout and family friendly design isn’t enough to convince you, surely the unbeatable downtown location will.

Guests can access the unit via the elevator (or stairs) located in the covered parking area; the condo is located on the 2nd floor. Upon entry, guests will find a spacious master king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom next to the entry area. The attached master bath features heated floors and a custom steam shower that is sure to please after a long day on the ski slopes.

A walk down the entry corridor provides access to a full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a laundry alcove. At the end of the entry hall the space opens to reveal a open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. A queen-sized luxury American Leather pullout sofa (high-quality with no metal bars and a top of the line mattress) rests beside the contemporary gas fireplace. The kitchen sits opposite the living area and features a breakfast bar with seating for 6, stainless steel appliances, convection stove top a large farm-style sink, and white countertops that elegantly contrast the wood tones of the surrounding cabinetry and flooring.

Both the great room and master bedroom grant access to the private patio which offers an unobstructed view of Whitefish Mountain Resort The patio has seating for six, a propane barbeque grill, and two laptop desks with seating for those looking to work while they play.

Payment Policies

Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $750.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 10 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.

Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:

-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 5 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 5 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

Payment Methods

No RVs or Sprinter vans are allowed per the HOA.

The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 1.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit if booked directly through Glacier Getaways or through VRBO. This does not apply if you booked through Airbnb.
