The Space:
The Bison is a modern mountain townhome in The Quarry that affords over 1,000-sf of livable space, can sleep up to seven, and offers the guest exceptional privacy as there are no shared walls between townhomes. This state-of-the-art unit offers expansive windows and high ceilings which give it an open and airy feel. The Bison comes equipped with several Whitefish outdoor essentials for your adventures, including: a stand-up paddleboard, a day hiking pack, binoculars, two sets of snowshoes, camping/beach chairs, and bear spray so you can stay safe on the trails.
The lower level features a great room with a kitchen and breakfast bar, a relaxing living room built around a cozy fireplace, and a spacious king bedroom with ensuite bath. The living room sofa doubles as a pull-out queen sleeper. For those looking for a “work-cation,” the master bedroom serves as an excellent work from home office, equipped with a desk and large TV, ideal for video conferences. Additional work from home (WFH) setup includes a 27” monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard, and HDMI and USB-C cords.
A trip up the stairs grants access to the lofted queen bedroom which provides an excellent view of Big Mountain (Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort) out of the bedside window. The loft contains a full bathroom, a twin futon, a WFH home desk area, and access to the large rooftop deck with more Big Mountain views.
*** Please Note: The Hot Tub, Club House, and Fitness Center is open year-round from 5am-11pm. The pool is only open during the summer season. The Quarry is a new construction development and as a result some construction is still ongoing in the area. All units directly next to The Bison are fully completed, however. ***

Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $750.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 10 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 5 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 5 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 2.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit if booked directly through Glacier Getaways or through VRBO. This does not apply if you booked through Airbnb.
