Inside, the home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and 2,500 square feet of finished living space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location—multiple mountain biking and hiking trails are within a two-minute drive, the Whitefish Lake Golf Course is just one mile away, and Glacier National Park is only 45 minutes from the property.
The Space:
Enter the ground floor of this home, and guests are greeted with a shared dining and living area. Beyond this community space sits a fully-stocked kitchen with access to the outdoor grill deck and expansive backyard. The main floor also includes two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the guest room features a queen. Both bedrooms include ample closet space for clothing and other personal belongings. A full bath with a shower/tub combo sits between these two bedrooms. There is also an attached one-car garage available for guests.
The second floor is a lofted bedroom with two twin beds and a separate office area. There is also a “mini” living room, perfect for the kids to have their own space!
The basement floor provides an amazing space for friends and family to socialize. It includes a ping pong table and a dartboard. Guests will also enjoy the bar and separate living area. Please note: the wood-burning stove is not operational.

Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $750.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 10 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $750 will be pre-authorized at the time of check-in & will be held to your card on file.
Glacier Getaways Cancellation Policy:
-No refund can be offered if a booking is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date.
-If a booking is cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to the arrival date a 50% refund will be credited to your account.
-If a booking is cancelled more than 61 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of 100% minus a 3% credit card processing fee will be credited to your account.

No RVs or Sprinter vans are allowed per the HOA for more than 24 hours.
No events or parties are allowed at any time.
The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 2.
There is a $75 convenience fee plus the cost of shipping for shipping any forgotten items.
A credit card pre-authorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit if booked directly through Glacier Getaways or through VRBO. This does not apply if you booked through Airbnb.
